Spencer Biah

Chief Executive Officer

Spencer Biah is a highly decorated, retired United States Army Officer with extensive experience executing both physical and logical security initiatives across global environments. During his military career, he led troops in garrison and combat operations, as well as multi-disciplinary teams including contractors, Department of Defense civilians, and U.S. military personnel at combined, joint, and coalition levels.

As Chief Executive Officer, Mr. Biah has positioned Daggers Group as a customer-focused organisation delivering security, logistics, and information technology solutions to clients operating in complex and mission-critical environments. His leadership emphasizes disciplined execution, accountability, and alignment with client missions.

Mr. Biah holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from Saint Edward’s University (Magna Cum Laude), a Master of Business Administration from Touro University (Magna Cum Laude), and a Master of Science in Information Assurance from Norwich University. He is also a graduate of the Oklahoma State University Veterans Entrepreneurship Program.

His professional certifications include Lean Six Sigma (Green Belt), Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP), and Certified Information Security Manager (CISM).

Mr. Biah’s leadership experience includes command roles within the U.S. Army and service as President of the ROCKS Chapter at Fort Irwin, California. He is the recipient of multiple military awards, including two Bronze Stars for combat actions in Iraq and Afghanistan, and is a proud Sergeant Audie Murphy Club Member.
